WhatsApp Accounts Closed: There is a big setback for WhatsApp users. If you also use WhatsApp, then this is important news for you. WhatsApp has banned around 14.26 lakh Indian WhatsApp accounts based on complaints from February 2022. The company has told about this by issuing a report.
Violators of the rules will be banned
The company said that this action has been taken on the basis of complaints received from users through its complaints department and its mechanism to prevent and trace the violators of the rules.
Appeal to close 194 account
WhatsApp received complaints against 335 Indian accounts between February 1 and 28, out of which 194 accounts were appealed for closure and action was taken against 21 of them. According to the report, 14.26 lakh Indian accounts were banned by WhatsApp during February.
In January too many accounts were banned
Apart from this, in the month of January, the company had banned 18.58 lakh Indian WhatsApp accounts. In January, complaints were received against 495 Indian accounts.
